Fall 2009 Calendar of Important Dates

Thursday, August 6, 2009 PeopleSoft Portal (Campus Information System) opens for Fall 2009 TBP data entry
Friday, August 28, 2009 Student data must be entered by 5:00 P.M. for students to be processed in the initial TBP run on September 1. Qualified students will receive a 'conditional' tuition credit, and can qualify for reimbursement of tuition paid by student loans.
Wednesday, September 2, 2009 Graduate GA, RA and TA ePAFs due in HR for Fall 09.
Tuesday, September 8, 2009 Tuition Due. Students receiving less them 100% tuition reduction must pay their portion of their tuition by today at 5:00 P.M.

State Registration Census Taken.
Last chance to print signature sheets! Access to TBP closes at 5:00 P.M. Please double check your TBP report and make all final additions and corrections. After 5:00 P.M. today no further data entry is allowed for fall semester.
Tuesday, September 15, 2009 Departments' GM Southwest Insurance spreadsheets w/payment for add-ons and buy-ups must have today's postmark.
Monday, September 21, 2009 TBP signature report, with original signatures is due in the Graduate School, 302 Park Building by NOON. Please note: the students' insurance status printed on the signature report will be reported to GM Southwest.
Monday, September 21 - Friday, October 2, 2009 Students' portion ($136.40) of subsidized insurance due in Income Accounting between the dates listed above.
Friday, October 16, 2009 Mid-semester Report. Please check your report today to ensure each student is on track to receive the intended tuition benefit. Report any problems to the Graduate School's TBP office (1-6020).
Monday, January 11, 2010 Final Report. The conditional tuition credit given in early fall, based on the data entry of 'Anticipated Amount' with total funding received is matched in PeopleSoft. If discrepancies occur (for instance, the actual amount corresponds to a lower tuition credit percentage than the initially entered, the lower percentage tuition credit is applied to the student's account.) Students identified with less funding than that entered will receive either a lesser or '0' tuition credit in their accounts. Students are liable for any tuition due.
